A Nicholls graduate and a SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources), Deanne brings 20+ years of experience in human resources and business ownership. As the subject matter expert of Southern HR, Deanne is the primary consulting resource for your company. Her HR experience in the oilfield, travel, and beverage distribution industries gives her a diverse and varied background in different types of companies with different operating structures and needs.

Chris Webb

A Tulane University graduate based in London, Chris offers years of accounting, finance, and operational consulting experience. A former global director for a Fortune 500 company, Chris is currently leading the European operations for an innovative financial technology startup. Chris leads the finance and operations functions for Southern HR and provides operational guidance to clients where needed.

Anna Fox

A Tulane University graduate, Anna is our HR Generalist at Southern HR. With a background in Psychology and Philosophy, Anna brings a deep understanding of human behavior to every aspect of HR operations. She applies both academic insight and practical expertise to help businesses build stronger, more effective teams, and is committed to understanding the unique challenges organizations face and delivering people-centered solutions that drive real results.
