Co-Founder & Senior HR Specialist
A Nicholls graduate and an SPHR, Senior Professional of Human Resources, Deanne brings 20+ years of experience in human resources and business ownership. As the co-founder and subject matter expert of SouthernHR, Deanne is the primary consulting resource for your company. Her HR experience in the oilfield, travel, and beverage distribution industries gives her a diverse and varied background in different types of companies with different operating structures and needs in both union and non-union settings.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
A Tulane University graduate based in London, U.K., Chris co-founded SouthernHR in 2009 with Deanne. Chris offers years of accounting, finance, and operational consulting experience. Chris leads the finance and operations functions for Southern HR and provides operational guidance to clients where needed.
